Return Window Policy
Our return window begins from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or delivery date (for online orders). You have exactly 15 calendar days to initiate your return request.
1. Eligible Items for Return
- Items in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and tags attached
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Items not damaged due to normal wear and tear
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Digital downloads or software
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
3. Return Process
Before shipping any items back, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely package your items in original packaging when possible. Include your RMA number and original receipt.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
4. Customer Responsibility
Return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility. However, we will cover return shipping if :
- The item was damaged during shipping
- We sent the wrong item
- The item has a manufacturing defect
5. Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we approve your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as returns and new orders. Please return your original item following the process above and place a new order for your desired item.
